Li Qiang stated that over the past 30 years since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and South Korea, the bilateral relations have developed rapidly, and economic and trade cooperation has yielded fruitful results, bringing tangible benefits to the people of both countries. Both sides adhere to mutual respect, openness, inclusiveness, and mutual benefit, and these valuable experiences are worth cherishing and persisting in for a long time. I hope that the South Korean side can work together with the Chinese side to grasp the overall direction of friendship and mutual trust between the two countries, respect each other's core interests and major concerns, firmly become mutual trusted neighbors and partners of mutual achievements, and promote the development and stability of China South Korea relations.

Li Qiang pointed out that the industrial and supply chains of China and South Korea are deeply intertwined, with a solid foundation and huge potential for economic and trade cooperation. The two sides should work together to explore new areas and expand cooperation, seize more development opportunities, resist politicizing and securitizing economic and trade issues, and maintain the stability and smoothness of the industrial and supply chains of both countries and the world. China is willing to accelerate the second phase of negotiations on the China South Korea Free Trade Agreement with South Korea on the basis of practical balance, deepen the construction of the China South Korea (Changchun) International Cooperation Demonstration Zone, and strengthen cooperation in high-end manufacturing, new energy, artificial intelligence, biomedicine and other fields. China will further expand market access, strengthen foreign investment service guarantees, continue to create a market-oriented, legal, and international first-class business environment, and welcome more South Korean enterprises to invest and develop in China. Both sides should actively engage in local, educational, sports, media, youth and other exchanges, and continuously enhance mutual understanding and friendship among the people. China is willing to strengthen multilateral communication and coordination with South Korea to jointly promote regional and world peace and development.

Yin Xiyue stated that maintaining close cooperation between South Korea and China is not only of great significance for promoting the development of both countries, but also for achieving world peace and prosperity. The South Korean side adheres to the One China principle, and this position has not changed. It will remain steadfast in its commitment to developing South Korea China relations as always. Recently, there has been active dialogue and local exchanges between South Korea and China in various fields. The South Korean side is willing to maintain high-level exchanges and close communication at all levels with China on the basis of mutual respect, expand economic and trade cooperation, enhance cultural exchanges, expand common interests between the two countries, deepen cooperation between South Korea, China and Japan, and promote further development of South Korea China relations.

Both sides agree to hold high-level strategic dialogues with the foreign ministry and 2+2 dialogues on diplomatic security at the deputy ministerial level in a timely manner, and to launch the China South Korea 1.5 track dialogue and exchange mechanism in a timely manner. Accelerate the negotiation of the second phase of the China South Korea Free Trade Agreement, give full play to the role of the Economic Ministers' Meeting, industrial investment cooperation, supply chain cooperation, export control dialogue and other communication mechanisms, restart the China South Korea Cultural Exchange Promotion Committee and youth exchanges, and further facilitate personnel exchanges between the two countries.
